1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products.

Items damaged due to improper use or washing.

Items without original tags or packaging.

 

3. How to Request a Return

Contact Us: Email us or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

Shipping the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for size replacements (subject to stock availability).

If the desired size is unavailable, you can choose a different item or request a refund.

 

6. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or provide a refund at no extra cost.
